Agreement to Terms

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of CA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, CA. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your agreement with these Terms, you may simply discontinue using the Site.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If we waive any right or provision in one instance, this does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any other instance.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and PowerTech Insights Inc. concerning the Site.
